Papa Charlie's Ultimate Italian Beef Nachos

Pile Papa Charlie's Italian Beef on top of crunchy tortilla chips and mix with spicy jalapenos, melty cheese and sour cream for a delicious snack everyone can enjoy!
4 oz. tortilla chips
½ pound Papa Charlie’s Italian Beef
8 oz. bag (2 cups, blend of cheddar and jack cheese, shredded)
2 jalapenos (sliced)
1/3 cup tomatoes, diced small (no seeds)
2 Tablespoons scallions
2 Tablespoons sour cream

Heat oven to 400 degree F. Place tortilla chips in single layer on oven-proof platter or cookie sheet.
Sprinkle half of the cheese over chips. Tear Papa Charlie’s Italian Beef into bite-sized pieces and spread evenly over chips. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake at 400 degree F for 5-10 minutes, until cheese is melted. Remove from oven. Top with tomatoes, scallions, jalapenos and sour cream. Serve immediately.
