Papa Charlie's Italian Beef Bacon Cheeseburger

Top your favorite burger with Papa Charlie's Heat and Serve Italian Beef, Bacon, Provolone Cheese, and Giardiniera for an amazing hamburger upgrade!
Ingredients
For the burger:
  • 1 lb 80/20 ground beef
  • Salt and pepper to taste
 
  • 4 hamburger buns

For the toppings:
  • One package Papa Charlie's Heat and Serve Italian Beef
  • Stone ground mustard
  • 8 slices of cooked bacon
  • Giardiniera
  • 4 slices of Provolone cheese
 
 
Directions
  • Shape ground beef into four patties about 3/4 inch thick, and season to taste with salt and pepper.
  • Cook burgers to desired level of doneness.
  • Top each burger with Papa Charlie's Heat and Serve Italian Beef, stone ground mustard, two slices of bacon, one slice of provolone cheese, and as much giardiniera as you can handle.
