Papa Charlie’s introduced Chicago’s famous Italian beef in 1989 with its one-of-a-kind, slow-cooked roast beef and mouthwatering family recipe of au jus. Papa Charlie’s Retail product line is offered at numerous grocery chains around the Greater Chicago land area and a number of locations through out the country. The retail product line is a frozen, fully cooked, heat and serve product. Best served on warm sandwich rolls and your own personal touch of toppings.

Recommended Heating Instructions:

For best results, thaw in refrigerator overnight or until completely thawed. Heat and serve. Do Not Boil!

Stove Top:

  1. Pour thawed contents into large saucepan

  2. Heat 5 minutes over medium heat or until temperature reaches 165 degrees F

  3. Stirring occasionally
