Papa Charlie's Two-Chili Italian Beef Panini

Taste this spicy, yet delicious hot, pressed panini topped with Papa Charlie's Italian Beef, green chiles, and pepper jack cheese.
2 onion rolls
½ pound Papa Charlie’s Italian Beef
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
2 teaspoons minced canned chipotle chilies
About 1 tsp. olive oil
½ pound pepper jack cheese (thinly sliced)
2 canned mild green chiles, seeded, split, and dried with paper towels
Preheat a panini press to 350 degrees F.

Prepare Papa Charlie’s Italian Beef as directed by package. Meanwhile, stir together mayonnaise and chipotles and set aside.

Brush the outsides of rolls with oil. Split rolls in half crosswise. Spread bottom halves with 1/4 chipotle mayo each, then top each with 2 slices cheese 2 oz. Papa Charlie’s Italian Beef; 1 Chile.

Spread top halves of rolls with 1/4 chipotle mayo each, then top each with 2 more cheese slices. Place on tops of sandwiches. Grill sandwiches until crisp and bubbling, 3 to 4 minutes. Let sandwiches cool slightly, then slice with a serrated knife and serve.
