8 garlic cloves
1 teaspoon olive oil
1/4 cup mayonnaise
8 slices Italian bread
1 pound Papa Charlie’s Italian Beef
1 red onion (sliced)
6 oz. roasted red peppers
12 cherry tomatoes
4 slices Fontina cheese
About 1 teaspoons of olive oil
To prepare Roasted Garlic Aioli, peel garlic cloves, toss with olive oil, place on piece of aluminum foil and fold closed. Place in preheated 350 degrees F oven and roast until tender, about 20 to 25 minutes. Transfer garlic to bowl and mash completely. Add mayonnaise and mix until well blended.

10 minutes before the Roasted Garlic Aioli is done, prepare Papa Charlie’s Italian Beef as directed by package.

Preheat a panini press to 350 degrees F. Lightly brush the outsides of Italian bread with oil. To assemble each sandwich, spread 1 tablespoon of Roasted Garlic Aoili on bottom halves. Top with 2 ounces Papa Charlie’s Italian Beef, two slices of onion, 2 ounces peppers, 3 halves of cherry tomatoes, one slice Fontina cheese, and top slice of bread.

Place sandwich on heated surface of panini grill. Cook on both side until crust is nicely browned.
